Hi,

does anyone have a Kuberg motor (Freerider/Challenger/X-force/Ranger) on hand and would be willing to take some measurements?

I would need:
-diameter at the widest point
-outer diameter of the bearing flange
-size of mounting hardware (looks like M6?)
-bolt circle diameter of the mounting bolts

I am in the process of designing an improved mid-drive swingarm for the Teleport Prime 90/120 and i'd like to make it compatible with the most common TP-128 motor variants.

Thanks in advance.

I got a written permission from Kuberg to publish the measurements if anyone else needs them.

-diameter at the widest point: 142mm
-outer diameter of the bearing flange: 50mm
-size of mounting hardware: M6
-bolt circle diameter of the mounting bolts: 103,6mm

In other words, it can replace a TP-120 (1200w)/TP-128 (1600w)/SL-120-100/LMX 80mm/XL (and shorter barrel variant) motor only by drilling the 6-bolt pattern on the mounting plate.

This information seems to be valid for motors used in Freerider/Ranger/Challenger/X-force.

LR XXL and Toppower TP-128 (1800w) to my knowledge have larger front bearing OD, meaning they will need a center bore adapter to help with motor positioning if you want to replace them with a Kuberg motor.
