I check in on Staton-Inc every few months because I noticed that their product offerings evolve, plus last year they began expanding their E-bike parts (who could've guessed THAT would grow?). Flip-flop hubs are available with Right-Hand (RH) threads for a common freewheel on the left, but FW's have a tendency to unscrew themselves when used on the left if they have common RH threads. I've thought that adding two keyways would work well for these, but that is currently not an off-the-shelf option.

Dicta makes a LH-threaded FW, but the White-Industries ENO is much stronger,...but ENO doesnt make a LH-threaded version. Sprags 'should be' near silent in operation, and they also 'should be' quite strong. Staton-Inc is now offering a LH flanged FW (flanges allowing you to change the tooth-count of the sprocket more easily, rather than needing to buy an entire sprocket/FW combo in a different tooth-count), and the new model uses sprags.

I don't think the noise of pawls clicking when you coast with the motor off is loud at all, but even if these sprags were not silent in operation, their likely strength and reasonable price make them an interesting option.

$20 on sale, 5-hole flanged FW with LH-threads using sprags.

I hate to be a killjoy but i'd put money on this cheap Dicta freewheel just being a standard ratchet & pawl design albeit reverse direction. I think it far more likely that Staton's description of it having sprag type internals being a typo/misinterpretation/misunderstanding.
