Who has replaced his 12V lead-acid car battery with LiPo cells (3.7 nominal, 4.2 max)? Did you use 3s or 4s? With 3s, how do you handle overcharging?

hahaha, no.

A nanophosphate cell might make more sense though, alot of people using them because the voltages work.
