Hi all,

I have a stealth bomber 8000w 84v replica.
Out on bike yesterday lights horn indicating all fine get home
And nothing lights, brake lights, horn all dead.
The bike turns on OK and runs OK.
Changed yellow 20amp think was also glass round 10amp fuse changed them both
The volt tester showing a few volts from wiring loom connection where lights plug too.
When received bike cam with spare fuses I have 2 unknown small round glass type fuses which unable to work out what for there 2 size of the bigger one I changed so question is is there a 3rd fuse holder had all wires out and controller out to try trace.
Am thinking a fuse holder not found or broken wire in loom or controller issue. I'd be grateful for some ideas or tests I can do.
Thanks Steve

Mate fuse holders are basic single wire with fuse connector between wires and seem fine as said no voltage at light connection point in the loom am thinking there's fuse holder haven't found, broken wire in loom or control module issue. Going test lights separately tommorow check if working then test the loom and switches. Keep trying I guess thanks for the reply appreciated

Thanks for replying kind of you.
Yeah that's the plan ordered different volt tester pencil type with digital display will show voltage when test individual wires so going start at all lights, brake and horn connections to the loom and go from there have messaged agent in China factory I deal with they said possible controller fault.
The bike runs fine also display is fine obviously works separately to light brakes etc.
It's frustrating there is no proper infrastructure for electric bikes where you can take them to I was planning to "Q" register the bike as kit project I know what to do done the research.
It's nice to know there's people out there with good hearts who want to help so again bless bro appreciate the help.
Thanks
Steve

Hi all this lighting fault spoke to factory and suggested test rectifier and check voltages for voltage in 12v and voltage out 7v approx so hopefully do this test and eliminate it.
Will keep you updated once tested it in next few days

hi mate an age later to reply i found the wiring fault a broken live red cable in side the ignition barrel we re-soldered and worked fine got in touch with factory they sent me a new ignition barrel and the new one showed the broken one had been damaged so all good now. appreciated you tried to help so thank you.
