Looking to buy Balance/Charger and power supply

Hi guys,

I currently only own a bulk charger to charge my 20s2p 82V Lipo Battery (made up of 10 Turnigy Hardpack 4s).

I am replacing 2 of the Turnigy 4s packs as there is a cell in each that isn't charging. I have the 2 new Turnigy 4s packs but want to integrate them into my battery properly by charging/discharging them individually using a balance/charger.

Taking into account that I am in Dublin, Ireland, would you recommend the following from Hobby King?:

I can't spend a fortune so I think about the €50-€60 mark is affordable for the power supply and charger...

can't comment on the quality of that balance charger
but i would go with a server power supply and mod it- they are really cheap as well and could work with that charger

I have an Accucel 6 that I have used to charge 4 batteries. It takes 6 hours! With this in mind you may want to reconsider...
