Just built a charger based on the RSP-1600-48. It will go to 25 amps (at 54.6 volts) when run off 120V, and up to 30 amps when run off 240 volts. It works pretty well, although the fan really screams at higher power levels.
I added a pot to set the charge current so I don't blow out people's outlets when I am charging along the road. That way I can start at 10 amps out (which is about 5 amps in) and then adjust from there.
