Hello,

I bought a cheap 3000 W 72v Motor with not much Information about it. Its even hard to find the exact Model Name or Manufacturer. But i found a Topic in this forum with a similar motor (https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=100331)

I try to test the Motor an a System that i used with a MXUS 3k Turbo Motor with Kelly Kls7218S and a throttle connected to a Cycle Analyst V3. I connected the new motor the same way as the MXUS 3k and startet the Motor Identification with the Kelly Software and it wasnt successful. So i read here in this Forum that some Motors need 12v on the Hall Sensors instead of 5 so i connected it to 12V and the Motor Identification was successful.

The Motor runs good now but only under 2300 RpM the rated speed of the motor is 4900 RpM and if i look in the Kelly Software at AC Monitor it starts shaking at over 2300 RpM and i dont know what to do ;(

I retry the Motor Identification a couple of times and check the connections but i cant find the Problem i hope somebody have a idea where the Problem is.

I give you the Information from the Kelly Software and make a short Video of the Problem because its hard the describe the shaking and noise of the motor at that time.

Video Software Information: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfYQx20GxJU
Video Motor Problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BM1g4jG_TmY

Thank You and sorry for my bad English i had to use the translator a couple of times

Edit: Problem solved in the Kelly settings the motor poles were on 8 (Default). I thought with the identification the motor poles are set automatically to the right value but i had to look it up and change it manually to 3 for this motor. Now the motor runs very good even at high rpm. I hope the other Values in the Kelly Settings are correct now after my last identification and it works under load also so good.

With best regars Nef
