Motorino xpb 2019 60v 20amp lithium, Speed limiter

Hey y'all,
I'm completely new to this e-scooter stuff and need some advice.
I just purchased a 60v 20ah Motorino xpb 2019,
It has 3 power settings 1,2,3.
1 is super slow 20kmh, 2 is 30kmh and 3 is 38kmh.
Im currently only riding this on private property and wouldnt mind going faster on the farms back roads.
Is there a simple way to unrestrict it, Or can it be unrestricted.

It varies a lot. Some it's as simple as disconnecting the limiter wire on the controller, if it has one, or going into the menus on the display
More and more, it's getting hard to defeat as regulations have gotten stricter, so now sometimes you need a laptop and a programming cable to the controller, and even then some act like you can change the speed field in the programming, but won't actually change as the firmware is locked down.
Pictures always help figure out what you have going on...
 
Alrighty thanks alot for the info where would I look for the controller ? And which wire might be the restricter?
 
I don't know the motorino specifically, but it's usually a rectanglar metal box with a bunch of wires coming out of it. The main battery wires and power wires from the motor both lead to it.
If it does have a limiter wire, it's usually a pretty thin single wire with a little black plug, plugged into the same size and color wire, with the matching black plug. It will be really close to the controller if there is one.
 
Yeah there's no difference in speed when I do that and they've designed it so all the wiring feeds threw the seat compartment so to get access to the speed controller you would have to unwire everything. Also the plug into the battery is screwed in and I tried to unscrew it and there's little nuts on the inside of the battery casing that just spin so I can't even get the battery out either.
 
I called motorino trying to use reversicolgy and said I bought a scooter without a restricter and I was wondering how I can make it legal and restrict it and they hung up on me lol
