ND 72850 can not connect with App

Hi Everyone and thank you for excepting me!

A New ND 72850 controller with QSH90 is working the motor is spinning but the controller can't connect with the Bluetooth divice!
I have try many Android apps , some of them on comn page show connected, but when I try to do auto learn says"please log in"
I have try iphone App! I did back the date with 1 year, all permissions on the phone are ON! Any suggestions will help! I have been advice to do upgrade on the processor unit if the controller but how to do it? Thank you

New ND72850 can't connect to Android app! I have tried all possible versions ! In the communication page show connected, but auto learn page asking please log in!
I did back the date on the phone with 1 year, I did on all permissions on the phone, but controller still not connected!
I have tried iPhone app!
I was advised to upgrad the processor unit firmware but how to do it?
Any suggestions
