I want to start my build these are the components i know i will be getting i would like an 8s setup but i need to know what esc to get and what is the best gear ratio for 20 mph minimum with the most torque

i plan to get Orangatang Kegel Hub Drive Adaptor I am thinking they can work with the wheels I choose above. Or I figure they would be easier to mod.

Most of that works.

ESC - You'll have to use an Alien ESC, 12S ESC on my website and/or 8S+ equivalent 8S Car ESC.
1:2 ratio for the most top speed. I think you'll be fine with 1:2 on a street board.

As for mounts, you can use one of the motor mounts which you can weld to the truck and/or make your own.
