Need help flashing BAC4000 for EC 6kW motor (Razor SX500 build)

Hey everyone,

I’m working on a Razor SX500 project and I’m trying to run it with a BAC4000 controller and an Electro & Co 6kW motor. The controller powers on, but it’s flashing 6 red blinks (config/CAN fault). From what I understand, this means it needs a valid tune loaded.
Problem is:

I don’t have BACDoor access/logins.

• I also don’t have a Sur-Ron harness — I’m just direct wiring phases, halls, and throttle right now.
• Goal is to get a working parameter file or have someone help me flash it remotely so it’ll run the EC 6kW.
• Questions:

Does anyone have a working .xml parameter file for this motor on a BAC4000?

1. Can someone point me to a tuner or community member who can flash this controller for me?
2. If I buy a stock Sur-Ron harness, will it actually simplify this process or is a tune still mandatory?
