I just installed an N360 on my Panasonic-motored ebike.

The trickiest part of the install was chain management, as the BHe lacks horizontally-slotted dropouts.

I finally got a Surly Singulator to do the job in the "push up" mode (using its optional spring).

The N360/Singulator really cleans up the appearance of the bike, and I like the super-smooth shifting action (even at a stop).

If there,s interest, I can take more/better pix.

Rewarding mod.

Looks great!
I used to run an N360 with a Singleator in push-up mode. I though it looked better aesthetically. More importantly it gave better chain wrap, which is of course superior. But the tension was hard to dial in right. If too low, gravity pulled the Singelator and chain down and there was too much slop. It was hard to not over tighten the spring. Finally I went with push-down, and it has worked out real well. Looks like you've got it set up just right.

Thanks, Matty. I have a couple of other tensioners coming and will report if they are less tweaky than the Surly.

I love your Norco build, BTW. My next bike will be FS.
