Time to go buy some guns,,, I'm too close to the Mexico border, and when the shooting war with Mexico starts....

That's a joke guys,, but in truth, Mexico is shitting a brick right now. The Peso was dropping just thinking about the possibility of Trump.

The stock market is tanking, but that's just a matter of correcting a lot of wrong bets. But I do find it amusing, that all those folks who voted Trump just had their retirement saving shrink overnight. But that will settle out, it's not a recession just because of Trump.

Just amazing shit, how wrong the whole media and all the political analysts were. I knew it would be razor close, simply because of the usual party voting, but clearly a LOT of conservative voters came out of the back woods to be sure no woman, and certainly not her, could be president this time around.

Just goes to show how our "society' really feels about women.

I'm so glad my yesterday's outnumber my tomorrows.

But my daughter and grand daughter? Get ready for a major step backwards with the SCOTUS.

Good luck everyone, we're gonna need it...

so I suppose the thread "Donald Trump is the Most Spectacular Presidential Candidate" was an accurate title.

It had nothing to do with gender.

I hate both Trump and Hilary

But she was very corrupt and owned buy all the wrong people would have been very bad for the US.

With trump you got the joker card you have a chance.....

Dear Schizophrenic States of America, welcome to Wonderland, and congratulations Queen Donnie.

The American people spoke. The working middle class took back our country. No more Obamacare and hopefully less illegal immigration. I am trilled with the results. He will turn the US economy around.

Everyone who voted for Trump just got the president that they deserve.

And those who didn't vote for him don't deserve a balanced budget, an improved financial condition, freedom from oppression, because they fought to prevent all those things from happening. But you'll benefit from them anyway.

The whole point of what I've had to say was to direct your attention to what it was going to take to fight tyranny in America. This DEPARTING president has reacted be being rebuffed by issuing more Presidential directives than any in history. It took him 5-6 years to become the most REVERSED, but the Supreme Court underreacted. I remember the 2012 election much as I remember a boxing match for the heavyweight championship between Mike Tyson and Evander Hollyfield. Tyson, the champion, surrounded by his excon manager (Went to prison for murder) and a support staff of gangsters talking of hurting people and dark things they'd all do. Hollyfield meanwhile meanwhile was a man trying to leave his past behind, surrounded himself with the rehabilitated, christian types, a collection of people who only wanted good things and only had good things to say. So many people agreed with me that it seemed like a real live battle between good and evil, culminating in Hollyfield ending at least some of the Tyson reign of terror.

And the 2012 election seemed the same. Obama was the most ungrateful, sore winner whipping up hate in his followers, as Romney sounded like a Sunday school teacher. At the debates the commentators spoke of the evil attitude Obama worked at projecting at Romney, who was always gentle in return. The results of the election seemed more like every dog has his day, especially Cerebus.

What did Romney do wrong? He went out and did the right thing. He tried to reason with people, remind us of all that we knew was wrong and talk of ways to right those wrongs. Did people respond?

So Good vs. Evil was 1-1. This was the rubber match. Evil this time was represented by a facsimile of that boxing manager, only somehow she manages to keep staying out of prison. And there was no way the American people have been willing to vote for a candidate who does as a candidate 'Should.' 2012 proved that.

I'll let you finish this story in your minds. We all know how it ends, good wins, etc.

But haters gotta hate, so I know this is only beginning from you. You have much inside to reveal, so reveal it you shall. And I'll be watching.

Bitchen' ain't it?

This will certainly have some entertainment value if nothing else.
The US political system is corrupt to the core just like most other large countries. It's all about money.

Maybe Canada is not so bad, eh?

Just as bad up here.... Politicians lie through their teeth to get in and take the oil funded gravy train once in....

I don't have high hopes for the results of a Trump administration for four years, but...I also don't think the US is headed for the apocalypse next month. Honestly other than long term trends resulting from two of the Supreme Court justices turning over, what is everyone so afraid of?

Nobody will ever ban guns, and roe vs wade will not get overturned. Obamacare already needed a major overhaul, so that was on track for big changes no matter who is president.

Accurate. They are both shitty people. One is just covert with their shittiness.

My vote for Bernie wasn't wasted after all. :p
There were a few of us who understood the populist underpinnings of the current election cycle, and wanted a Democratic candidate with sufficient appeal as to win the general - we had the right candidate in Bernie Sanders. What riles me is how the Democratic establishment, through the superdelegate vote, enshrined Hilary Clinton. Let's remember how the Republican party does not have superdelegates and the result of their primary was a populist leader. I ponder whether it may be a time to change the rules in light of this result, and whether the Democratic Party has it in itself to recast itself.

yepp, the pussy grabber demographic reely showed up big time to push him over the top.

as reward, first order of bidness; fresh legislation making it open season on legal pussy grabbing.
second order of bidness; stack the supreme court nomines with ol' timey pussy grabbers like justice Clarence Thomas & Ruth Bader Ginsberg.
no worries tho, the law only applies if you're a 9 or better (maybe eight and half, needs debate) so all you feministas out there are safe.

now where's that Nobel peace prize??

Relax !
Its a fair bet Trump will turn out like most of his predecessors, and do none of the things he promissed during the election campaign. !

It's a safe bet that almost complete reversal of Obama's directives will happen. Nothing motivates action like tribalism (Even if it happens to be along, some consider deplorably, racial lines. It's actually somewhat reassuring that racial motivations are stronger than flimsy ideological motivations; tells me people haven't really lost sight of 'real' reality.).

It's amazing that people who think we cannot afford to pay for doctors, hospitals and medication somehow think that we can afford to pay for doctors, hospitals, medication and a huge government bureaucracy to administer it.
— Thomas Sowell

Basically we're entering the repeal era. The unwinding of the despotic Obamic disaster. In our lifetime, we will not finish paying the price.

But will the Democratic party finish paying the price? The price of the Tyranny of Obama, the price of the depravity of Hillary Clinton, as well as the price of the debased flag burners. The Democrats are now the flag burning party. Can you remain a Democrat after that? Can I?

Did you know that ZIg Ziglar's first name is actually Hilary?

Don't do something permanently stupid because you're temporarily upset.

For the sake of balance in this thread:

No matter what anybody says about Trump, he's still an orange prick.

Bitchen', isn't it? And what a great honor to have that response bestowed on you for behavior so despicably typical to the left wingers of today.

Hard to believe that Piper Keman's 'Orange is the New black.' came out AFTER Tim Meadows made his "Black is the new president" joke on Saturday Night LIve. Ironic we've come full circle, because now it's ORANGE IS THE NEW PRESIDENT!

It will be interesting for sure. At least he's not a retarded alcoholic cocaine addict like W.

I was reading a list of something like 76 campaign promises he made. Some are scary, some are amusing. He promised never to enter a bicycle race. Phew, that's a relief.

And the Great Wall of Trump. So what about the ends of the wall where it meets the ocean? Can't they just swim around? Maybe trained sharks? Won't earthquakes caused by fracking make it tip over? The devil is always in the details...

On the Great Wall of Trump.

Just like Area 51's design, It obviously needs to be double walled if there's any hope of stopping them from coming in. Trap them so you have a half a chance of catching upto them and capturing them.

Make the wall from Adobe, so there's barely any materials to buy or transport. And yeah, two walls really. One on the Mexican side with an occasional break so they can get back to Mexico through it, but they have a long walk following the arrows to get to it. they can give up and go home after that. The 2nd wall on the U.S. side would be taller. Once they've stared at it over and over as they take the long walk to escape, they'll really be thinking it's time to give this up.

And this will be like the Great Wall of China, a cultural landmark. Someday tourists will come to see it.
