optimum lifepo4 3.2v 4ah 24s 48 cell pack advive please

Ive built a 24s 2pack battery . its built in 3 -8series packs and the 3 packs together in series to make a24s 76v 8amp pack . And iam useing a imax b8 charger to charge each 3 packs . and when i use battery on my hyena 9c hub motor and lyne 12 fet controller . its disschargen cell unevenly . I went for a rap around my block 2times and striaght away i checked each 8series pack voltage and two packs are even and one packs a fair bit lower so i conected to imax and couple ove cells are2volt and all others are 3-3volt . and carnt understand why . im not running a bms ? And controller has lvc set seo i thourt that would do the trick . i dont no what controller is set two . as hyena set it up for me . Any advice would be grate . sorry about spelling

Sounds to me like you may just have too small a pack. Most lifepo4 in 8 ah size would not run a 40 amps controller, if that is what you have.

It might work if you have A123's, but only if all the cells are good. So maybe you just have a few weak cells in there with high internal resistance. Under load, they'd be the ones to conk.
