What's the best way to make a parallel harness for 6 lipo bricks of 2 in series, 3 in parallel?

Split the 12gauge stranded wire 3 ways on the main leads?

I will also need to rewire them into 1s6p for charging, if I want to charge all at once.

These guys, Progressive RC, and other vendors like them (EP Buddy, etc) might give you some good ideas. I am about to try paralleling some cells (balance wires) across two 8s packs with some of these:

They have power wire splitting/combining stuff too.

If you end up using Anderson PP connections on your high current wires, you may find these useful as well:

GGoodrum posted a neat way to make discharge harnesses. Take a piece of wire(~12") and strip one end about an inch. Then take a second wire(~3") and strip both ends and the middle. Make this small piece into a U. Connect the long piece to the middle part of the U. Now you have a Y connector. Of course you could use two U's and get a 1-to-4 cable and so on... I use 12awg because I stay under 30A.

If you want a 1-to-3 harness, you could follow the above procedure, but instead of connecting the U at the end of the long piece, strip some insulation a couple inches below the stripped end and connect there.

Good luck!

You can also use an ANL fuse as paralleling link:

^--- that's brilliant!

I use EC3 connectors and 12-14 gauge wiring, but i am running a mere 250-350 watts.

These parallel EC3 harnesses are cool because they're premade, though.
