please help me program my kelly kds controller

I have a kelly kds48100 I have everything needed for programming but cant get it to work. Does anyone know anything about these controllers?

Step1:Connect Kelly Controller to Computer with RS232 cable

Three situations:

figure1:Connect Controller to the Computer with Standard USB to RS232 Converter(Suitable for notebook computer)

figure2:Connect Controller to the Computer with PC RS232 Cable

figure3:Connect Controller to the Computer with Kelly RS232 Converter and Cable(Just for KD,KDS Series Controllers)
Step2ownload the corresponding configurable program from our website on
Step3:Unzip the compressed File ,then Double-click the "setup.exe" and click the "Next" until installation Complete.
Step4ouble-click Kelly User Program's desktop shortcut,the Configuration Program will run. Now you Can Configurate your Controller.
If you use the the Standard USB to RS232 Converter,you should download the USB to RS232 drive from our website on

Sorry if this doesnt really help. I just ordered a kelley controller, so im searching trying to find what i can about them. This is the instructions straight from the website

I've also read that it only programs on plugin, so if you have it all plugged in and waiting before you run the program, it wont work.
