Quadrofoil

I stumbled across this 'toy' a while back and was faszinated about the idea:

I was surprised that there seems to be no thread on the ES forum about this, so I thought I'd start one.
My first thought: "Wow: that thing looks quite efficient, if it can reach 30km/h with only 3.7kW (Torqueedo 2.0 R)

My second thought: "Ouch, thats a loooot of money for a toy!"
I would still love to build sth like that one day.
My favorite candidate for that is still the GF09 Hydrofoil - I better open a new thread for that
