I haven't found a decent to clear answer while searching yet.
I have found hover board li-ion batteries in nice small 4.4 ah packs at 36v using samsung cells. Each one has its own bms.
The size allows placement options previously unavailable but the capacity is very little.
My plan is to run 2-4 in parallel once I evaluate run time.
Anyone see issues of connecting several of these packs which each have a bms in parallel to boost capacity? Any issue with charging them in parallel?
I could only find info stating do not parallel charge RC lipo packs, and it seemed to me it's due to them not having internal bms and relying on a balance charger.
Any info is appreciated and will be taken as recommendations and not gospel for any liability issues.
Thanks all.
