I have had my X5404 magnets completely let go of the iron rotor ring.

topic started here-
https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=61183&start=2375#p1119739

and pretty much winds up with this before i decided to move it to its own thread-
https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=61183&start=2425#p1121276

i suspect this is a common problem with crystalyte motors as I know the Stealth bikes actually re-glue their magnets before using these motors on their bikes.
the original epoxy is obviously not up to the job.

so im hoping to start a thread here for people with same or similar problems and find out what the the best solutions /techniques are,
and perhaps for other poor folks that may have this issue in the future

so anyone with experience of how to do a re-gluing of magnet job, or repairing broken magnets, info is welcome here.

i have also managed to break one of the magents in 2 when i was removing them(predictable) so im also looking for info on how to reuse/repair them, as i imagine it might be hard to find these magnets now.

cheers

[edit] looks like gluing broken magnets back together is a bad idea-
