I am testing some not really "new" cells on the market ( Dewalt are using them from about 2 years in the 20V 5 cells packs)

I am really impressed by their performances.

These cells are made for high power at any temp.

Technical Parameter:
Model: Sanyo UR18650WX
Material: Li-ion
Voltage: 3.6V
Capacity: 1500mAh
Maximum Continuous discharging current: 20A I wonder what is their peak discharge... 40A ! :) well according to their RI, these can certainly take abuse!
Max. Durable 350 cycles: 15A... Probably over 500-600 cycles at 1C or less
Dimension: Height 65 mm, Diameter 18 mm
Weight: 42g

But .. They are difficult to get and i only have few of these cells but they are promissing. They are availlable on ebay for about 7$ each

From the 2 packs i dissassembled here is what i got at continuous discharge at 10C ( 15A) from 4.20V down to 2.8V
