Is there much mention on ES I missed?
Everyone knows about salvation army, goodwill, biglots, shamsclub etc, but when I travelled I never saw another store like the east coast 'sharp shopper'.

The place has mostly 'grocery' I guess, and that's generally what I buy there. Besides semi-local perishables, there's often overstock organic whole foods generally 1/4 to 1/3 normal pricing. Also junk food.

For instance, they have recently had:
1$ . Ghirideli 4 oz 70% cacao
4$ . Starbucks 16oz ground
4$ . Larabar cherry ~1.5lb
1.5$ sliced Ham or turkey 8oz
1.5$ Natural pep.farm bread 1-1.5lb (rye, seeded, wheat etc)
1$ . S O sauerkraut 27oz
3$ . Cascadian granola 3lb
1$ . Momsbest wheat squares 16oz
1.5$ 8oz spinnach

Good prices, right?
I wonder specifically if this is mainly a coastal thing, and there really are no stores like this in-away from the coasts, due to the lack of overstock and the ability to sell it in quantity? This may be the ONLY thing I'll miss being within ~150mi of a coast. http://www.sharpshopper.net/index.html

I have never been to the west coast or texas, but figured those areas would have similar micro chains like sharp shopper due to population density and the natural overstock that happens?
Maybe not- sharp shopper sometimes has stuff from CA like fresh organic salsa etc.

Sidenote: There's a whole ebay 'subculture' snapping up amd reselling clothes and catfood to chocolate and coffee.
