shipping cost from beijing to UK

I've been quoted $200 for TNT shipping of an 11kg motor from Beijing to the UK as the 'only' option. Does anyone know of any less expensive options where the courier could collect then forward it by any other less expensive way- delivery time is not an issue- surface shipment, post office, back of a donkey etc., but lowest price is.

Option is to order more. Because customs charge is going to kill you too. I received like 60gbp charge for a 8kg motor with wheel

I second that comment, the customs charges are a pain for anything vaguely expensive, you would be better off buying one from within Europe or the UK, as the time you have paid shipping and import duty it will add a fair wad onto the price. If you google UK import duty calculator, you can get a fair idea with that.
