Hi, I changed the 250w 24v controller of the Spillo Kids scooter with one bought on Amazon. I made all the right connections, but the scooter does not start, even though the voltage arrives from the battery (25v) and pressing the power button (which works) it does not start, not even the display, and the controller board is missing 1i 12 volts. Does anyone have the wiring diagram for this controller or a generic one?

There's no standardized wiring diagram for controllers. Colors are not standardized.
Maybe if you post pictures showing the make and model of the controller, someone might be able to identify it. Hopefully it's not a fly by night company as usual.
Would strongly recommend next time:
- buy a controller that has the wiring diagram
- buy a matched throttle with the controller that's plug and play.. the rest is easy to wire up... vbrake levers are 2 wires.. phase and halls wires, may be a perfect color to color match or may require trying very many different combinations of wiring to establish the correct pattern.
