Stealth bomber rear wheel conversion ....in the U.K.

Hello so I'm in the UK and I have a stealth bomber and I'm looking to convert to a motorbike rear wheel

To say that I am getting confused with the rim size and tyre size in an understatement

Can anyone recommend someone in the uk who can help me

I am thinking 18 inch rim but understand that spoke angle is important

Yamaha Play Bike Front Rim 1.40x19 Silver

Does this sound like the right rim I have a stealth bombers with stock hub

I am still having trouble is trying to get this to work I purchased a rim from America please see my post below but my rim builder could not get this to work can anyone give me any advice please many thanks
