Suggest motor for ~3kW cont, 4-6kRPM, 100A

I'm currently in the process of an electric retrofit of small outboard engine. So far I've used a small hobby-type PMSM (~8kRPM, 3NM), but I've found that it's a little too underpowered and a 3:1 transmission stage I built had more losses than I could afford (~300W). Because of these reasons (and a few other niggling issues with the first version) I'm considering redesigning the entire drivetrain to instead use a direct-drive motor. This would mean I need to find a motor that roughly falls into
  • 4-6kRPM at 42V (with trapezoidal commutation. My motor controller is FOC, but can overmodulate to near-trapezoidal drive)
    (Near)-sinusoidal BEMF
  • ~100A phase current (maybe ~80A continuous, ~150A peak)?
  • ~8Nm continuous torque (so around 3 kW continuous power)
  • Diameter <= 200mm
  • Length <= 140mm

Any suggestions of suitable motors would be really appreciated! I've found golden-motor's HPM3000B (https://www.goldenmotor.com/frame-bldcmotor.htm) which would seem like a good fit, but some other motor might be more relevant for my application?

I've attached some random photos of the current set-up. Hobby motor, with timing belt transmission and two pillow blocks. The upper enclosure contains the motor driver, the front enclosure contains an emergency stop and a power meter.
