For the price of $399 I'd guess its the no-rear-suspension CX 24V200 bike pictured.

For four hundred I'd hope it was the good one! They are neat bikes, but that's a lot of money even for the 450.

I have a powerpack 36/48V brushless motor and controller laying around,
Think I could stuff a 36V 20Ah LiFePO4 pack in place of the 24V? $350 for the bike and another $600 for the pack is not too bad, is it?

also comes in blue

(and has bad ratings, it's an ezip?)

Even at 250 or 350 USD the 450 is not a deal to me, but then again I'm cheap. We got one as a beat up display model. Ours took 36v no problems on the stock controller, stock everything. I bet you could get that fepooo mounted in the stock battery location.

Not to try to dissuade you, but keep the following in mind, from my experience.. Seating position, like a bmx, only allows for anatomically-correct pedaling when standing- not seated. If you sit on the very back edge of the seat, its tolerable for adults doing some medium distance riding, but definitely not ideal. It tops out at 14mph stock, 21mph at 36v, and its noisy. Feels a bit less stable than your typical 26" tire bike. It looks cool and is loads of fun tho, I do like it. Even with the sla lbs. you can pogo the front end to jump curbs, that comes in handy. Has decent accel too since its geared for 14 max instead of 20+ like the ezips. Disc brake does a good job.

Definitely do not buy it if its not the 450 tho.. the lower model does not have the geared motor.

The CX 24V200 has a 200W motor, 16" wheels and only the seat has a spring, so not a true rear suspension.
