Hi Guys. I have been given a non-runner Thompson Euro Classic 2 electric bike (36v 200W rear motor, 26" wheels).
This is a great project for my 13 year old Son & myself to spend some 'garage time' together.
We now have it running & it is really so slow about 13mph.
Is there any easy way to get it to go a little faster without spending money?
I haven't looked at the controller yet & was wondering if there is a speed limiter that can be removed?
thanks
Dylan

Good batteries are essential with one of those. Do you know their condition? Also, when the original ones expire, some people just get cheap low-grade replacements that can't provide the power. You must use proper electric vehicle batteries. After you've done about 10 miles, you should open the battery box and measure the individual voltage of each brick in case you've got a duff one.
