I am currently considering buying a Li-ion pack from a scrapped Prius plug-in from 2013.

What I found out thus far:
Manufacturer: Primearth EV Energy Co.
Rated Pack Energy/Capacity: 4.4 kWh / 21.5 Ah
Type: Lithium-ion
Min/Max Cell Voltage: 3.00/4.15 V
Number of Cells: 56
Pack weight: 176 lb
Nominal Cell/System Voltage: 3.7/207.2 V
Thermal Management: Active - Forced Air

I am planning to use these cells to power my Govecs scooter in 24s config.

Does anyone know the chemistry?

Before I waste my money --> is it worth the effort???

Wow what a response :D

Anyhow, I did some more research.
Apparently, the Prius plug in pack has 56 prismatic 21,5 Ah cells from Panasonic.
Chemistry = NCA. Nickel Cobalt Aluminium.
Same chemistry as Tesla uses in the Model S' 18650-based battery pack.

I got a bargain on the pack so I am taking a chance on it.
Will post the results after I dismantled and tested it
