thought id post up this funy pic. my mate put too large of a tyre on his e bike......he only realised what its been doing to his rear frame/arm the other day....sent me a pic

my suggestion was to braize an ally patch over the affected area..... then fill the rear frames hollow interal section with molten milk bottle plastic.
also, a lower/smaller profile tyre
his idea is, wrap it in carbon fibre....
i know a complete new arm would be best....but would anyone else care to weigh in on how to remedy this?
