What are they for then. Bit slow for emergency use, and they need not stick to 15.5mph on base. On patrol they wouldn't last a shift, and would burn though batteries. Mind, the noise compared to ice is worth a few quid in such circumstances. Maybe it's just to cycle at the side of people running and hurl abuse at them. Things like 'get a bike you cheap b'stard' and ''f-ing move it' 'get off the road' could be entertaining for 70 miles each day.
