Used A123 26650 cells on Ebay UK

I have nothing to do with this auction, but thought it might be interesting for anyone in the UK (or perhaps Europe):

The seller says the cells are from Dewalt tool packs, and have been tested and guaranteed to deliver >2Ah

The price is £2 ($3) per cell, but if he does have hundreds of them I suspect a better "bulk" price could be negotiated outside of Ebay.

$30/ for worn out A123 cylindricals? plus $6 shipping?

so that is $36/7Wh or $5.14/Wh. this should help the british economy recover from the olympic waste.
