Ashley Guy of Utah Trikes has taken a WizWheelz TerraTrike Path, added the rear end from a Sun Delta Trike and made a light, pedal powered 4 wheel vehicle.
So, big deal, this is an ev discussion, right? Well, when ya investigates the UT site, ya find out that they have available a gas assist (now avail.), e-assist and HYBRID gas-electric assist (from Staton Inc. currently in testing stage), thus opening up a whole new light NEV line. Base price is $1399, they have a body kit they are considering upgrading to cover the quad, the base weight is 42#, load max. of 450#, will take larger wheels. Cool. In some places you could run into trouble because it has 4 wheels (not a bike anymore).

Most places, got to have air bags etc if it has 4 wheels.

I dont get it? What is wrong with 3 wheel tadpoles!? They ( Wizwheels) make pretty good ones! I still only carries one person, and it wont be classified as a bicycle! Dont see a need!
