Looking at the way the battery is part of the unsprung trailing arm - maybe not the best option? I'll leave that to others to determine, neat looking but I doubt it's worth the price.
I built a bike with the battery on the swingarm near the pivot and that part is a non-issue. My problem is the saddle at the midpoint of the bike. I think the weight will be distributed too far forward, though the guys with ExtraCycle extensions don't seem to complain about riding forward like that. Maybe the motor and battery lead to a nice 50/50 weight distribution.
The problem on my xtracycle build is that all the weight is in the back (x5 and LiFe) so steering is more of a suggestion than a directive, and i wonder if this arrangement might suffer from the same issue.
I have been building bikes with as much of the weight on the front as I can get. Handling becomes much better than my Tidalforce/E+ bikes with 50/50 distribution, it feels like the mass of the bike is centered on the handlebars, right between my hands. Kickstand operations are more difficult with the weight up there, though.
Yep swingarm is def. shaped different. Anybody ever ride one? I wonder how it would handle, the wheelbase looks pretty long. Might be kind of a caddy ebike
Here's a couple press releases I found:

One of the best quotes is: “They are built just like a John Deere tractor.â€Â
I like the frame design of their Arthur model (although I understand the issues with it that posters in this thread have pointed out). I'm really trying to figure out if this company is vaporware (i.e. low quality rebranded bikes), or if they actually make a good product.
Ideally it would be great to get the Arthur model without motor and battery so I could beef it up with a Crystalyte x5 motor and LiFePO4.
It's hard to tell whether the fork on the Aurthur model is good quality or not.
the angle of peddle to seat arrangement has me scratching my noggin.bad geometry?might be the picture.pedals after seat post.yep bottom bracket is aft of the seat post .
I test rode one before and it felt balanced and good. The motor was responsive and could get you to 20 mph quickly. I liked it for what it is. Now if you really want a performance bike, assemble your own!
