Hi!

I'm new to longboard stuff and I would like tu get some longboard trucks. After my mountainboard build I realized the board is too big for city cruising. So what I'm going to do is to keep the board (atom 85) and just replace trucks. I'm looking for the most money/quality efficient trucks. Can I get some links, please? I'm from EU.
I have 3D printer and 3D cnc for aluminum so designing and fabricating motor mounts won't be an issue.

Oh and I'll keep the same drive from mountainboard which means 5.4kW on 10S.

And another thing. How does mountainboard deck perform as longboard deck? Is it ridable? :D

Thank you all!

These are a good deal:

They are a randall knockoff, but seem to be decent quality and are almost an inch wider than the originals.

Yeah, that's unfortunate but Randalls, Calibers, Gullwings and Paris Trucks all are in the 40-50 dollar range anyway.

Gullwings are pretty cheap and damn near any skate shop will have them. I see them shipping stock on most cheap longboards.

I've heard good and bad about them, but the 50's I have are pretty good (I have no complaints...but I'm no pro either)

The only issue with gullwings and eboards is the odd shape of the hanger if you're going to be installing a motor mount.

I'm a fan of Caliber, Paris, Bear, Randal (in my order of preference). I just got a set of Atlas to try as well. The Paris 195's are extra wide if you need the room for dual motors on one truck. Typically $40-55 for a set. Trucks are one of those things i try not to skimp on. Plus good bushings.

You can also look locally (both skate shop and online). Craigslist frequently has used trucks that are in good shape and cheap.

GL!
