Where to buy correct size battery shrink wrap ?

where can I buy the proper battery shrink wrap, rubber or blue plastic like the ones seen, for a 18650 4P brick?

So assume you have four 18650 cells in a row, with 10 rows. That's 10s4p. What shrink wrap size/dimension would fit this?

It depends how you configure the cells, if you do in square (4 cells faces fronted over an axis) or p7ramid (3 cells faces fronted over an axis)

You need a minimum of 135mm flatening for a pyramid of 4s (16x4 + 65 = 129mm)

A minimum of 145mm flatening for a squared 4s (18x4 + 65 = 137mm)

I buy my heat shrink from here: http://stores.ebay.com/sinceresellerbrian/

He has other colours available in large size that are not listed including transparent (useful to see any problems without removing the heat shrink)
