Will the DMC PMS950TL work with an Motenergy ME0913?

Hi!
I’m brand new at the forum, and hope to get some help from you guys.
During the summer I plan to convert my Honda CB750 F2 1982 into an electric cafe racer which I will use to commute to my work which is 23 km from home.

I recently got the following parts:
4 LiPo packs (51,8V & 31Ah each) incl. BMS
Charger
DMC PMS950TL controller (incl. CAN Calibrator)
A broken PERM PMS156W motor
Domino twist grip throttle

I am leaning towards buying a Motenergy ME0913 motor, since my rather short research shows that it is popular and seems to have a good reputation.
I have two issues I need support with:

Do you have any experience of combining the DMC PMS950TL controller with the Motenergy ME0913 motor?

As I have understood it, there are two versions of the Motenergy motor, and it is the one with HALL sensors I’m about to buy.

The other issue is about the capacity of my system (motor, controller and batteries). The Honda is about 230 kg (507lb) dry, and the motor is about 79kg. I’m not going for a fast bike, but the Swedish regulations say that it needs to be able to keep 62km/h for 1km in an 18% uphill.
Do you think this will be an issue?

I also have a Suzuki GSX400E from 1982… Not as comfy as the Honda, but has a dry weight of 175kg (385lb).

I would really appreciate if you could help me...

Don't use DMC controller, it's not intended for EV use, and it can potentially be very dangerous!! We were using it on our college project, Smart car EV conversion, and had bad experiences with it. In the end it blew, but that's not the problem, problem is that it's acceleration and deceleration algorithms are not meant to be used with EV, and it can be very dangerous.

Hi again
Thank you for your feedback. The link to the guy in Finland was very inspiring, a project similar to mine. After some more investigations I have decided to go for a DC system instead. I will keep my batteries and get a new motor and controller. So far the Brusa MD609 controller and the LEM-200-D135RAGS motor is the only setup I have found that seems to work with my batteries. They are at approx. 118V fully charged.

Do you have any experience of the motor and controller or any other suggestion? I will buy the parts within a few days...
