Wrapping and securing 14s7p battery pack?

Hello everyone, I'm trying to assemble my first battery pack but I am afraid I did some mistakes during the assembly:
My main concern are the vibrations. I have assembled the pack without using hot glue between the cells (I just tried lately to pour some between the series but it's quite weak), I have just spot welded the nickel strips and I would shrink wrap the pack with 2 layers afterwards... I'm though concerned that this won't be secure and safe enough for the cells facing constant vibrations which could lead to failure of welds.
I am also going to use the battery pack into a soft pouch as container, therefore it will be more subject to movement.
What do you suggest me to do in order to make this pack safe and durable?
I've thought to apply some 9mmx900mm nylon zip ties tightly on the battery perimeter, add 2 layers of thin plexiglass on the poles (and secure with zip ties as well), a thin layer of closed cell foam and shrink wrap. Can it be enough ? Or is it too much?

Another little concern is about 2/3 cells which I accidentally shorted for less than 1 second during the assembly. As you can see at least one in the image above, the plastic wrap is wore a little. I tried to measure the voltage of the external shorted cell and the voltage is 3.7v, while the rest of the cells are 3.6v...
Should I worry about these shorted cells?
Thank you very much for reading.

I would recommend a layer of rubber padding about the whole pack. That will absorb some shock. Something like this that is a fairly smooth surface: https://www.homedepot.ca/product/multy-home-all-purpose-27-inch-x-10-ft-rubber-mat-3-mm-thickness-/1000808251

You may want to insulate underneath your balance wires to prevent them from shorting on the nickle strips.

I wouldn't worry about a brief short as long as all the insulation is intact.

Personally, I would try to glue the cells together with something. Since there isn't any extra insulation between the rows of cells, any chafing could wear through the wrappers and short the pack in a bad way.

i like using fiber glass tape

I also like using plasti dip spray over the nickel strip, it insulates and waterproofs and may stop the vibration? its flexible and peels right off if you need to access your cells. heres a link to my Marin battery just scroll down 4 pictures to see the plasti dip
