I wrote the company and seemingly this scooter comes with built in limiter.
Limiter on:~ 17mph, limiter off: ~27MPH.
I've noticed even with semi flat tires, hill of 1% up, and wind against this bike goes 27mph, as well as with fully inflated tires, going that same hill down, and wind in the back.
I've also read of people with 500W motor reaching speeds of upto 40 something mph!
This leads me to conclude that this bike is somewhat limited, not by it's 700W motor, but by the controller.
Anyone has an alternate controller suggestion that is easy to replace?
