There are multiple types of scooters, namely

• stand-up type (optional seats) like Razor or Segway that are not roadworthy
• road-going types from 50cc equivalent (usually 4kW nominal due to licensing restrictions) like UGO/EGO, EVT scooters up to freeway capable models like the Vectrix
