Purchased this controller and I'm finding that the LVC setting to be far from accurate:

I measure the battery at 47v and with the controller LVC set to 38v the controller won't run the motor. If I lower it to 36 the motor pulses under any load.
Obviously I would want the setting to be somewhat accurate, but 11ish volts seems extreme. Is there a component on board that I can change to get a more accurate voltage reading?
