Great build! Had fun reading through. But I have a couple of questions;

How does it look now?
What milage you get from the batteries?
How hard is it to mount the moto tyreon the back?

I typically can ride it around for 3 hours averaging 30 mph -- but the overall distance is highly dependent on how aggressively I ride.

Mounting the tire was no problem at all. It is more difficult than a bike tire, but easier than most motorcycle tires.
