heres some updates of on the deck.
these photos are taken just after the deck was baking in the mold, it is in its raw state.
These are after the deck has been finished, the raw deck is coated with epoxy and polished.
this picture below is with a Fiber Glass Lid, originally I thought this would be better as it doesn't interfere with RF signal, but i will be swapping this to CF as it will look better & be stronger. The antenna will need to come out the port at the bottom.
This image shows the nut insert for attaching a carry handle. also it can be used the same as a tripod mount as it 1/4-20 thread same as any tripod thread.
this is a common go pro adapter that will mount directly to the board using the nuts on both side of the deck.
the cavity depth is suitable for 3S Lipos availalbe at hobby king. you can easily fit 4 of those inside the enclosure & also have room for plenty of other electronics gadgets.
