Yes it is fully functional, I have already traveled 50 miles on it
Bike develops almost 70 kilometers per hour 8)

The gearbox conversion is really inspired. It would be cool if you could get some CA Analogger data or a vid to show it in action.

A work of functional art! It doesn't get any better than this! Great job.
The design and implementation is space flight quality! This is my favorite picture: The hours that went into just those pieces, perfectly designed, perfectly implemented. WOW!
EDIT: I just looked at the pictures above on my good monitor... another double WOW! Someone is a professional photographer also!

I do not have the data exactly, but something on that that I remember:
First gear 18 km \ h
Second gear 25 km \ h
Third gear 35 km \ h
Fourth gear 45 km \ h
More I do not accelerate, do not need it ,but theoretically should be the final velocity of about 70 km \ h.
Unit weight 60 kg (approx.)
Consumption 23 watts \ hour per kilometer.
Mileage about 40-50 kilometers on the charge :wink:

How heavy is the 6-speed Suzuki gearbox, excluding the attached motor?
Do you get to use all six gears? Sounded like you only need the first four, now I reread the second time.
What is the speed for the 23Wh/km figure?
