Does anyone can help me regarding on wiring diagram for this controller I've looked over the internet and I cant find anything.

Low chances on finding a wiring diagram for any cheap Chinese motor controller. You'd have better luck asking how to hook it up, if that's what you're ultimately trying to do.

Yeah I'm trying to hooking on it up I already found the ignition wire plus the park mode but I cant seem to find the throttle line

Battery input and motor phase output are pretty obvious. The connector at the bottom of the pic is the hall sensor connector to the motor.
My guess is that the longer connector on the right has the 5v and ground, plus other functions like throttle (maybe green?), on/off, etc. I'd try to identify/confirm the 5v before other testing.

I’m looking for a way to reset or re flash mine. I’ve got an E16 error as it got corrupt when updating firmware. Any help on this would be appreciated.
