Good evening, would any one be able to ahead some light on a cheap Chinese controller, every time I plug in the throttle the motor goes straight to full power, I have read previous posts and had a look at the controller, it produces 5 v across live and neutral but nothing coming down the sensor cable, I have possibly noticed a fault with the actual board so I’ll try upload a picture to see what everyone thinks, thanks for your help.https://endless-sphere.com/forums/download/file.php?mode=view&id=314575https://endless-sphere.com/forums/download/file.php?mode=view&id=314576

Looks like something shorted and blew the trace off the board. I would try soldering a piece of wire across the blown spot and test again.

Just so you know what caused the problem, that trace appears to be ground. If you remove ground from the throttle, then the signal to the controller has no reference, so the controller sees full voltage on the signal input, and if it's built with no safety factor it just goes full tilt. ;)
