I'm looking for some advice on my first kit build.

My background-
1st E-bike, Prodeco Phantom X, 36V 12AH LifePO4 DD 500W ~2000 miles
I average 17 mph on my +30 mile roundtrip commute (up to 5 times/week)
Route has some rolling hills for 2000 ft elevation change.
Commute route goes through a park path (or could be single track with right bike) so has to be a stealthy build.
230 lb, 5'10". Want exercise but also ability to take it easy.
$1200 budget for kit. $700 budget for bike.

What I think I want now:
+48V volt Battery. LifePO4 or equivalent safety level for charging at work/home.
+30 mph max speed on flat. Hill climbing ability more important than speed.
~30 mile true range in 32 F.
A very quiet motor. This is very important to me.
Battery in frame.
Durable off road (fire trail) and low maintance.

After some research I was thinking:
A123 52V 11.5 AH Emission-Free Triangle
A very quiet 500W geared hub or direct drive kit. Would love to have freewheel in case I'm short on range. Is the build quality of the Ezee kits that much better than MAC?
CA Cycle Analyst
Full suspension or softtail bike. I'm currently looking for a used ~18" Trek Fuel, Salsa or something along that line that fits the battery within frame.

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Your going to need a bigger battery with more Amp Hours (AH) if you want to get 30 miles. I recommend 15-20 AH

Your requirements are going to be tough to meet.

30mph for 30miles is gonna be a 20ah battery minimum.
Hills+30mph+a big ole Buck= a high watts draw.
Doable. 52v20ah pack,500w MAC kit & away you go.
Having the battery centered is ideal.
I believe a bike loses its "stealth" factor, when you fill the frame with battery though.
Its the negative/open space that makes the bicycle look like a "bicycle"
If you fill the negative space, it starts to appear a Moped/Moto.
Your budget is good.
That said, ask questions before you buy.

It it can get me one way (say 17 miles @ 25mph) i can live with a 11.5 AH battery.

I'm 200 lbs with usually a 20 to 30 lb load (computer/charger/clothes/lunch). Trying to get down to my normal 175-180 lb college weight by the end of the year. I don't really like the handling of a seat post rack mounted battery...it gets scary in low speed turns. I was thinking the Falconev Frame Bag is stealth enough. I don't think a 20AH battery will fit. Seems like people on the forum say a 48V 15Ah Ping barely fits. I'm assuming the A123 triangle 52V 11.5AH battery would easily fit.

With a Cell_man 52v 11.5ah pack, running 35amps peak to a C-Lyte3540 (see"Ghetto" build)
Could easily do 20miles @ 25mph with moderate pedaling on the hills.
Slowing down to 20mph & you could go much further.
With my 6amp charger, 1.5/2 hours later, good to go. :D
"Ghetto" cost me around $1500 so far.

Im pushin' 220# @5'9"
But I'm Canadian and have a winter coat of fat rockin' right now.
Should be 190 tops.

I highly recommend the center battery, just sayin' from experience.
I got looks constantly on "Ghetto" even riding safe & slow.
Everybody that stopped me loved it.
Loved it because it reminded them of an old motorcycle.
Not stealth.
Falcon bag will help & if you can charge half way.
a Cell_man 52v11.5triangle pack & MAC kit in the appropriate wind for 30+
And ease a worried mind.
