Lacing Ezee Rear Hub in 20" rim

I've looked for info on this and found it surprisingly hard to find.

I have an Ezee geared rear hub motor and i want to run disc brakes on it and lace it into a 20" rim. I know it's common to run hub motors radially laced in 20" rims, but is this ok even when running a disc brake? The bike is a cargo bike and i need a very strong and long-lasting rear wheel build. I've got an Alex DM24 rim, 36 hole.

My questions are:
1- Is it better to run radial or 1-cross lacing with this config?
2- What spoke lengths do i use? The calculator at ebike.ca only gives one spoke length, but won't the drive side be different than the non-drive side?
3- What spoke guage should i use?

I plan on dropping off the hub and rim at my bike shop and having them lace it up, but they're not real familiar with these hubs and i'll want to provide them with all the info. I have a 5 day old baby girl and absolutely do not have time to learn how to build these wheels (there's a front also) myself.

Thanks! :)

You can just get away with 1 cross. Spoke angle is acceptable.
Add 1mm for non drive side and subtract 1mm for the drive side from the ebikes.ca measurement.
Use a 13-14 gauge butted spoke if you can. Failing that, 13g straight.
