Looks great!.......judging from the your pic of the frame, I would need modify this to fit the design on the photo that I posted! Also, can you give me a time frame of when you can expect to finish your g2 design? This way, I can prepare to purchase the other parts! Thanks
You need something like this "idle knuckle",don't know what exactly it's name

I need may be 10 days to complete my 1st assembly of G2 prototype

Absolutely impressive!......

I had just draw a kit for long john cargo bike frame so there is no trouble to fit front suspension parts to main frame you DIY

Mounting this way should be better

Wow! .........guy, you are very talented! These diagrams look perfect! :thumb:

Just out of curiosity, how load can the trike mechanism support?.......most cases I won’t be hauling more than 25 to 35kg! Oh before I forget, what are the wheel sizes that this is designed to work with?

Generally speaking; the bucket can load an adult under 80kg, front wheels are 20"

Front frame needs more machining process than G2, I suppose you want a complete kit, or you prefer DIY the frame?

Of course I need the whole front tilting system! Sorry if I don’t understand your question!.......I decided to start the frame part of the bike only once I have the most complex part, the front tilting system!
Actually, as long as it’s setup for the 20 inch wheels, floating suspension, and correct load capacity, I guess I can build the frame around the front end!

Looks good!

Oh, I think you mean, if I can put it together myself? Yes!.......as long as all the part are in the kit, I would prefer it since it will facilitate shipping! Remember, the bike frame isn’t made yet! I waiting for your design!

Hi, are you able to model it with an adult in the front seat? Do you think that would be possible given space, weight etc?

I guess you mean compact trike front end loading an adult- hub motor and battery all put in rear end, increase wheel span about 4"(10cm),since this is not a regular product, I don't do models

Actually I see you already posted this above with an adult in the front on the 3rd of August - missed that one

This afternoon I rode my little red trike to the river band, worrying I can't climb up the sidewalk step without power assist; Unexpected the little red didn't let me down, wheel by wheels the little red trike climbed up the step easily, owing to reduce the scrub of knuckles quite a lot so the trike G2 handling much smooth than G1(green fat E trike) in rough terrain

Sometimes people asked if I could sell the front end KIT Plans? since my drawings already set to production now, I can't sell these drawings to retail customers, I can only sell the KIT like this, and disassemble bolts in rod end joints to make the freight package smaller as possible

PS;KIT may including connecting tube and end so you can easily modify(to drill 2 holes on BB) the bike to assemble

Hi Hodola,

This sounds promising. Are you able to summarise:

1. Approximate price and likely timeline
2. Confirm specs e.g. track width, turning angle, headtube diameter, if including hubs/wheels, damper etc, materials, paint, weight?
3. Remind me how this improves on the options from B&B, Veleon, Chike etc

Thanks a lot,

Matt
