Unplug the battery, then let it all dry out for a day first, maybe helping it by using a hair dryer on lowest setting funneled thru your hand onto the throttle and then onto all the connectors for everything. (thru your hand because if it's too hot for your hand it's probably too hot for the plastic stuff).
Plug the battery back in and then try again.
If it still doesnt' work, unplug the battery, then first mark and then unplug the halls and phase connectors, so that you can be sure to plug them back in the exact same way they were. Check for any corrosion or discoloration, then plug them back in.
