the molds are ready and I made the first parts long time ago but only assembled them last week

same! what a perfect 29 deck ! did you vacuum to make the deck? How much carbon sheet did you put to make the enclosure ? only carbon or GF as well?

It took me lot of hours to get this result
at first I had to cut the deck and put foam battery box .
after with (vacuum pump , 50-52 epoxy) :
2X 220g fiber glass
1X 220g carbon 45 degrees
1X 500g carbon
the cover on the top made from fiberglass and close with magnets (the reason for fiberglass is the recciver inside)
